Coaching Philosophy

Jon’s coaching philosophy is about helping you move the needle anyway. Whenever you confront unnecessary drag— mental, tactical, material—he can help you reorient for greater speed. He won’t run away from emotions if they must be dealt with respectfully—he also won’t make you dwell on them recreationally. He believes in moving at speed but not with expediency. Is this therapy or consulting?

No. This is not therapy, and it is not traditional consulting. Business Unlock sessions sit at the intersection of coaching, decision support, and performance psychology. The work is pragmatic, present-focused, and oriented toward real-world business outcomes.

How is the session delivered?

Sessions are conducted live over Zoom. Once you book, you’ll receive a calendar invite and simple instructions to join the session.
